Join me in a Movement Expression Dance adventure. NO dance experience needed. This is not a dance class. I invite you to be your whole authentic self, bring with you whatever you need to start your week off. What is your prayer or intention, for yourself, for those near and dear or on a global level. How are you feeling today? What is it that needs care and attention in the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual realms. Get to know what your body is telling you, and do it from your Heart.
